*The Exhibitor committee assigned the booths based on order of registration. Please review your spot and the spaces around you to ensure we can make any changes early on.
School Passes / Name registration
This year you will need to access the original registration for your booth to add booth names, tradeshow only food and beverage passes prior to March 12, 2018. More on this on page 2 of the exhibitor package.
Social Media & Promotion
As we ramp up for the show we are looking for tidbits that we can use to talk about you and the show. Please email email@example.com a brief description of your products, services or what attendees might encounter at your booth OR something tweet worthy in the next two weeks and we will get the conversation started!

New this Year – Exhibitor Spotlight
New this year, the CSHM is offering an opportunity for exhibitors to showcase a technology or system during the breaks and lunches. The first 24 exhibitors to confirm with Mike Robley (firstname.lastname@example.org) will have 10 minutes (including question time) to present their technology or system at a space in the exhibit hall where a computer and monitor is available. The intention of the showcase is to provide the exhibitor with an opportunity to present their new technology or system/device that is vendor or manufacturer specific. The exhibitor showcase will be added to the CSHM APP, so please provide a short summary of what your showcase includes. As the exhibitor showcase runs during breaks and lunches, the CSHM committee cannot guarantee there will be an audience.
