Registration Details from the 8th Annual Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement

Online registration for the CSHM 2010 closed on April 16, 2010.  Onsite registration for the School was available by going to the registration desk on the 3rd Floor of the Hyatt Regency Calgary either at 4pm on Monday April 19 or 7:30 am on Tuesday April 20. Those registering onsite were asked to bring either cheque, Visa or MasterCard payment with them. 

 

Registration Fees:

• $295 - Single Day Attendance
• $475 - Both Day Attendance
• $200 - SAIT/NAIT/Equiv. Student Attendance. The student rate registration applies to full-time students (including those on a temporary work placement as part of their full-time course).

GST will be added to above fees.

 

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund less a $50 cancellation fee will be issued for cancellations received in writing (fax or email) no later than March 19, 2010. We regret we cannot give refunds after this date, however, delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the date of the conference. With the submission of this registration form your order is considered firm and the cancellation policy applies.
