CsHm Policy on Booking Trade Show Booths
The trade show is limited to 42 booths and is usually over- subscribed (in recent years the trade show has sold out in as short a time as two days).
- Exhibitors from the most recent trade show, companies on the waiting list for the most recent trade show and anyone who has asked to be included in the trade show mailing list will be emailed details regarding booking a trade show booth. No preference is given to previous exhibitors.
- Trade show booking information will be circulated by email and will be sent to the contact email address on file. Potential exhibitors are responsible for notifying CSHM of any changes to their email address(es).
- An emailed notification will be circulated in early September announcing the date that the booking form will be emailed (two weeks later).
- The trade show booking form will be emailed to everyone at the same time on the specified date in September.
- Bookings will be dealt with strictly in order of receipt. Bookings must be accompanied by credit card or cheque payment to be valid.
- Bookings are limited to one booth per company.
- Once the trade show is fully booked, applications will be placed on a wait list in order of receipt.
- Any cancellations will be offered to the company at the top of the wait list.
- This Policy applies to ALL companies wishing to book a booth at CSHM Trade show.
